    • Anxiety and emotional regulation

    • Impulsivity

    I am trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence-based approach that helps parents support children experiencing anxiety.

  • The transition to motherhood is portrayed as a beautiful and joyful experience. Often times, it is not discussed how challenging this transition can be. We enter into motherhood imagining things would feel and unfold a certain way and when they do not it can be a very scary and sometimes isolating.

    I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) because for me working with mothers is an important area of mental health that is often overlooked. Let me be a part of your community so I can help support you in your motherhood and beyond.
